To speed up common tasks such as deleting an asset or moving an asset to another folder, you can select and manage multiple assets at once:
  1. Select Assets
    • Hover over an asset and select the check-box to add it to your selection and repeat the process to select multiple assets, and
    • if needed, click Select All at the top of the screen that appears once you have selected an asset to select every item in the current folder.
  2. Apply Action
    • With your files selected, click Delete or Move option that appears at the top of the screen after you have selected multiple assets to apply it to all chosen assets simultaneously.
Bulk deletion is permanent. Before proceeding, verify that none of the selected assets are in use on live pages or entries.
