Once you’ve created a navigation menu, you can update its name or remove it entirely when it’s no longer needed.

Renaming or Updating a Menu

  1. In the left sidebar, click Content, then under Appearance select Navigation..
  2. Hover over the menu you wish to change and click the on the menu option under Actions column menu.
  3. Select Edit/Rename based on the action you want to perform. Make the required changes.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Deleting a Menu

Deleting a menu removes it permanently. Ensure it isn’t actively used by your live theme.
  1. In the left sidebar, click Content, then under Appearance select Navigation..
  2. Hover over the menu you wish to change and click the on the menu option under Actions column menu.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
